3. The value of the new item must exceed the current market value of the previously purchased item.

5. Gold items can be exchanged for gold or diamonds, subject to the deduction of production costs and the weight of any stones.
6. The value of the new item will be calculated based on the current market price of gold at the time of exchange.

1. It is forbidden to return gold at the price stated in the original invoice at the time of purchase. All transactions will be conducted according to the hereby stated rules.
2. Presenting the original purchase invoice is mandatory for any exchange or upgrade of jewelry items.
3. Customized jewelry items are non-exchangeable and cannot be returned.
